After browsing our available positions under Job Opportunities and you’ve found one or more positions that interest you, it’s time to apply by clicking on apply under the respective Job listing and submit your initial short application

Recruiter Review

After summitting your initial online application, our recruiting team will review your resume and determine your qualifications for the position.

Phone screening

Our recruiter will reach out to you via phone to conduct a Pre-employment assessment, they will ask a variety of questions to further establish your qualifications for the position. If the recruiter determines that you qualify for the position they will schedule you for an in-person Interview and paid orientation.

Interview & Orientation

our In-person Interview will take place in our office, you will be received by your recruiter and taken through the friendly Interview process. Upon completion of your interview process, a hiring decision will be made. If you are offered a position of employment at Oxford healthcare, it will initially come in the form of a verbal offer of employment, and will be followed up by a written offer after you verbally accept. Depending on your availability, we may be able to start the onboarding, training and orientation process on the same visit once the hiring decision was made, in an afford to get you working as soon as possible.

Orientation process

In many cases we are able to provide the orientation right after the Interview once If a hiring decision was made, otherwise your recruiter will schedule a separate date for your paid orientation and training. The orientation process consists of accepting your offer letter, signing many HR documents, review of agency policy and procedures, skills testing, and training.
As part of the orientation you will be signing a consent for the agency to conduct a criminal background check as a prerequisite to start working.
