One-on-One Nursing vs Facility nursing

Any nurse working in the home health industry would tell you that there is no comparison between being a One-on-One nurse caring for one patient in a home setting, Vs working in a facility setting with stress and strain caring for multiple patients. Working with Oxford you will actually get to know your patient and make a meaningful connection with the patient and families, and truly get to realize the difference you are making in peoples lives.
