Oxford Home Caregivers
Our Companions, Personal Care Attendants, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Live-Ins are skilled caregivers who are able to assist with day-to-day living activities that have become burdensome or too difficult to handle alone. This assistance allows you to remain independent and in the safety and security of your own home.You can rest assured knowing that:

  • Oxford handles all the responsibilities of taxes, social security, scheduling, benefits, Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation.
  • Our Caregivers are all required to have previous home care experience.

Oxford has the most flexible scheduling in the industry- from one hour visits to 24 hours a day to meet all your non medical needs at home.

Companions and Personal Care Attendants: Experienced in providing safety supervision, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, companionship, errands and escorting people to their appointments.

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs): Trained and certified caregivers who are able to help people with the all aspects of personal grooming and hygiene, such as: Bathing, dressing and dental care. In addition to this and all the activities of a companion or personal attendant, a CNA can also assist with walking, transfer someone from a bed to a chair – and back, monitor vital signs, as well as provide incontinence care.

Live-Ins: Are in the home at all times, around the clock. They provide safety supervision and support for daily living. (See activities under Companions and CNA’s).

Caregivers For Mentally & Physically Challenged Individuals: Caregivers are trained to work with children and adults who have special challenges such as Autism, Mental Retardation, Cerebral Palsy, Downs Syndrome, motor and speech delays, Pervasive Developmental Disorder and behavior modification needs.
