a commitment, nor a contract. You sign a client agreement, which
confirms the rates quoted. Oxford only asks that service cancellations
be made at least 4 hours prior to the start of care.

caregivers and nurses - Oxford will replace a caregiver / nurse
anytime your expectations are not met. If you notify Oxford immediately,
you will not pay for service that does not meet your expectations
